Due to a limitation relating to hardware encoding of interlaced video, “external” GPUs such as the NVidia 2000/3000/4000 series GPUs will not invoke hardware acceleration during the encoding step of the Bluray creation process.However, hardware acceleration will occur if the CPU-integrated GPU (iGPU) is used. So, if your CPU has an iGPU eg the Intel UHD770 iGPU in the i7-13700K, before you start the Bluray process, set the iGPU in the Export droplist in the hardware acceleration section on the File>Settings>Program>Device Options tab (key Y) as shown here:Information sourced from the Magix forum here.

Movies and Projects
One of the most helpful features for me in the Magix NLEs is the multiple-movie feature. In a single project, you can have virtually unlimited movies or timelines, and objects can be copied and pasted between movies. Then all movies can be exported at the same time (batch). For example, you can edit a 3 hour VHS tape into say 20 separate movies of unique events and then export the lot, as separate files, in one go. This is incredibly helpful in speeding up your workflow. I’ve done a Youtube video on this:
Export Settings
Some of the adjustable export settings on the Advanced Export screen:
Average Bitrate
In my opinion, the preset values can be lowered by half and still result in very good quality video. I use a Maximum Bitrate value of 25% more than the average bitrate.
CPB
Coded Picture Buffer, for a very rough value, set it to the Average Bitrate x 0.2.
GOP
Group of Pictures, set it to half the frame rate.
Coding Quality
Set this to Best. I think this is a hangover from the early days of slow computers.
Audio Bitrate
For best quality, set to 192khz.
