Some of the subjects are published as standalone files in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You will therefore need to have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer. (If you don't have Adobe Reader, download it from Adobe).
After you have installed Adobe Reader, print any of the PDF files on this site by clicking on the document link to invoke the Acrobat Reader, then click the Adobe Reader Print icon.
To save the file, right click on the link and then click either in Netscape: Save Link As... or in Internet Explorer: Save Target As...
Other tutorials and notes may be printed from within your browser. I have deliberately not used tables, frames and side-menus in this website so all pages will print efficiently.
